Requirements

  • Knowledge/expertise of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management
  • Experience in Global Services coordinating teams in different countries
  • Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • English proficiency level of B2/C1

Requirements Summary

10 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in the same role, ITIL Foundation certification, and a degree in Computer engineering or related field
