A Service Delivery Technician within the tooling section will work with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of assignments across leveraged platforms and technologies.
Requirements
- Setup, configure, and run various tools like Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and others
- Run and maintain, including patching and upgrade of the Dynatrace platform
- Integration of tools and solutions into ITSM systems (ServiceNow on-prem)
- Troubleshooting and error correcting
- Automation and development of new services and solutions within the team
Requirements Summary
Experience with Linux and Windows Server platforms, ability to work individually and from home, and Danish language skills
