Career:

Bachelor's Degree/Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Systems or related field.

Requirements and Experience:

1 year of previous experience

  • Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Ticket management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, router and switch configuration)
  • Hardware maintenance and software configuration
  • Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
