Requirements
- Understanding of different Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile certifications (SCRUM PSM I, CSM)
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and DMAIC cycle
- Understanding of ITIL V3 and/or V4
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills: team building and motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and resistance to change
- Comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones
