Join the Service Integration Team as an Entry Project management professional to support the growth of the Project management function and to deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.

Requirements

  • Understanding of different Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile certifications (SCRUM PSM I, CSM)
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and DMAIC cycle
  • Understanding of ITIL V3 and/or V4
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people skills: team building and motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolution
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and resistance to change
  • Comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones
