We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our ServiceNow team to build new and valuable functionality while driving the utilization of ServiceNow. This role will work closely with our ServiceNow team to build new functionality, participate in the day-to-day operations of the company’s ServiceNow environment, provide integrated team support, and maintain the ServiceNow platform in a corporate environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of overall ServiceNow administration experience, including development, design, and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering; or associate degree and equivalent work experience
- Prior ServiceNow technical knowledge and high-level platform architecture understanding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
