Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
- ServiceNow certification in various areas such as ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Custom Application Development is desirable
