Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service Catalog
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM) modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
