The Application Evolution Services team at PwC Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to design and configure ServiceNow applications, implement and optimize ITSM and other modules, and collaborate with business and IT teams.
Requirements
- Designing and configuring ServiceNow applications
- Implementing and optimizing ITSM, ITOM, SIR, CSM, ITBM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify requirements and tailor ServiceNow platform solutions
- Participating in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing and deployment
- Creating and updating technical and functional documentation related to projects carried out on the ServiceNow platform
- Proactively solving problems and ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the ServiceNow system
- Implementing ServiceNow integrations with other business systems and ITSM-class systems
- Supporting training activities and knowledge transfer to teams and clients

Requirements Summary
2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant, proficiency in ITSM module, ability to write JavaScript scripts, knowledge of integration with external systems, ability to manage ServiceNow instance, and ServiceNow certifications
