ServiceNow Developer, Data Foundations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer in Data Foundations to focus on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM. The individual will play a critical role in advancing our ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring our data foundation supports strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Admin, including at least 3 years focusing on CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Strong expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), and experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
