As a ServiceNow Developer / ITSM Specialist, you will support the integration of IT processes within the ITSM ServiceNow suite and provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.
Requirements
- Formal IT education and/or relevant work experience
- Good knowledge with some of the following technologies: IT Service Management, JSON/REST, ServiceNow, JavaScript, Webservices, CMDB and Linux
- Good experience with ServiceNow management is a prerequisite
- You understand the IT landscape and have knowledge in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and way of working
- You have a good command of English
