Requirements
- Formal IT education and/or relevant work experience
- Good knowledge with some of the following technologies: IT Service Management, JSON/REST, ServiceNow, JavaScript, Webservices, CMDB and Linux
- Good experience with ServiceNow management
- Understanding of the IT landscape and knowledge in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to continuously improve processes and way of working
- Good command of English
