ServiceNow GRC Developer (AD/M level)

Talent Worx is seeking a talented ServiceNow GRC Developer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a solid background in ServiceNow configuration and development.

Requirements

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
• Customize and enhance existing GRC applications to improve user experience and functionality.
• Perform integration of ServiceNow GRC modules with other third-party applications and internal systems.
• Create and support custom workflows, forms, and business rules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into GRC performance and status.
• Document processes, functionality, and user instructions to aid in user adoption and training.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, product updates, and emerging technologies in GRC.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GRC applications.
