We are looking for a strong individual to join our ServiceNow Platform team as a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer. In this role, you will help lead the ServiceNow platform, provide technical guidance, and ensure the platform runs efficiently and reliably.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools
- IT Operations: ITIL Basic or Intermediate (ITIL Certification will be a plus)
- Vendor Management: Ability to work well in an outsourced environment with a competent technical team
- Technical mastery: Must have a technical background, preferably in cloud/platform solutions and integrations
- Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization
- Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently
