Requirements
- Engineer or holder of a Bac + 5 degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in computer science and/or 3 years in ServiceNow project management
- Mastery of different Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe,...)
- Functional skills in IT Service Management
- Crisis management
