Join Cask as a ServiceNow Senior Developer and collaborate with talented professionals to solve business challenges. As a senior technical resource, you'll lead project teams, evaluate customer requirements, and develop proprietary software solutions. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you'll work closely with clients and product owners to design and develop ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

  • Serves as senior technical resource on project team
  • Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and build out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development
  • Provides the primary technical effort to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and processes
  • Utilize the latest tools, languages and platforms to meet functional requirements and solve complex client issues
  • Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution
  • Design and develop proprietary software solutions for clients
  • Drive successful delivery of results based on scope of work
  • Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of software development from project conceptualization and planning to development, implementation, maintenance and support
  • Collaborate and contribute on the creation, deployment and maintenance of technical best practice and standards
  • Ensure proactive communication with project team
  • Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
  • Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
  • Design / Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules
  • Develop Scoped Applications working with ServiceNow Studio
  • Develop Workflow / Flow Designer where required to drive Approvals, Fulfillment, and Process Lifecycle
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs
  • Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal)
  • Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting code related issues/defects
  • Identify additional product/service opportunities
  • Provide technical support to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and processes
  • Understand the underlying business need conveyed through discussion and user stories

Requirements Summary

5+ years of hands-on experience within the ServiceNow Platform, 5+ years of other business experience or IT experience, 3+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant
