Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of working in IT, as a liaison between IT and the Business, or in a similar position
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) required
- ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) preferred
