ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for engaging with customers, designing solutions, delivering demos, and providing technical leadership to address client needs. They must have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution consulting and strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and multiple product lines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution consulting, presales, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and multiple product lines
- Experience delivering high-impact demos, presentations, and technical workshops to senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver tangible value
- Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, pricing models, and solution packaging
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery methods, and enterprise service management concepts
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus
