Job Description This role is responsible for configuration and implementation of ServiceNow, which further includes both support and maintenance activities. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Responsibilities- Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance processes.
- Help in developing standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.
- Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
- Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
- Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance.
- Assesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
- Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions.
- Advises on configuration and coding standards.
- Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
Essential Skills Job • 6 plus years’ experience in technical solution design and implementation.
• Proven management/influencing abilities.
• Experience with creating ROI/value propositions for customer software implementations.
• Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management is critical.
• Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential.
• ServiceNow experience in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or HR products are highly desirable.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases – Conducting Instances Upgrades
• Creation of Glide Record object, Business Rules, UI actions, custom related list, ACL s
• Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script. Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM are a must-have
• ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are highly desirable.
• Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
