We are seeking a Shared Services HR Operations Advisor for our Human Resources department in Marburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting process steps within the HRIS system Workday and creating necessary HR documents for our companies in Germany and Switzerland.
Requirements
- Completed a 3-year commercial education, e.g. as an industrial merchant.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources in a Shared Service Center.
- Good English language skills, further foreign languages are an asset.
- In-depth system knowledge (SAP/Workday/ServiceNow).
- Vocational training in labor law.
