DXC Technology is seeking a Solution Architect with experience in ServiceNow to lead solution implementation projects and own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in IT or Customer support organizations
  • 3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification
  • Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies
  • 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices
  • Fluency in English (must-have)
  • Availability to travel within ASEAN
