Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a solutions engineer or pre-sales role, particularly in SaaS or related software.
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers daily, translating tech talk into meaningful interactions.
- Your inquisitive and curious nature and commercial mindset allow you to leverage IT expertise for insightful demos and uncovering customer needs, showcasing our solutions' value.
- Experience in ITAM, SAM, cyber security or Lansweeper solution highly desired.
- Experience with ITSM solutions like ServiceNow or JIRA
- Experience working with solutions that incorporate open API’s and 3rd party integrations.
- Experience working with MSP’s, VAR’s, and consultants.
- French or German language skills
