Source-to-Pay ERP Specialist (FAP-BC-ENG-2024-176-LD)

CERN is seeking a Source-to-Pay ERP Specialist to join their dynamic team of software developers. The successful candidate will maintain, customize, and support ERPs for finance and procurement, and drive the transformation of the Source-to-Pay process. The position requires a strong interest in improving existing systems, analytical and technical skills, and experience in supporting and developing ERP systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Computer Science, Enterprise System Management or a related field
• Proven experience in supporting and developing/personalizing ERP systems, particularly in source-to-pay processes
• Experience integrating ERP systems with e-procurement tools, financial systems, or business intelligence platforms
• Strong domain knowledge of procurement lifecycle including contract management, and supplier relationship management
• Experience in relational database design, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience in providing end-user support, troubleshooting, escalation, and issue resolution
• Experience in using version control systems (ideally git) and basic interaction with Linux servers via the command line
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Hands-on experience with CEGID XRP Ultimate ERP solutions
• Certification or specialized training in ERP systems
• Experience in business process modelling
• Experience in using customer support tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience in configuring workflows, automating procurement processes, and managing supplier networks
