Sr Endpoint Security Engineer- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Join our team and help achieve challenges in the energy industry. As a Sr Endpoint Security Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint products and tools, and collaborating with various teams to improve client health and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• BCS degree and 7 years of experience with IT
• 5+ years of experience with acquiring, reviewing, and releasing approved baseline releases, builds, and patches for servers or workstations using automated and manual methods.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Defender AV & Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Experience with using Microsoft administration tools.
• Experience with using trouble ticketing systems, ServiceDesk or ServiceNow
• Experience with following service management concepts, including change management, configuration management, and release management.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Mostly utilizing client and system logs)
• Strong knowledge of WMI and Windows Installer.
• Planning and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
• Administering System Center Configuration Manager/Intune
• Integrating MDM and Cloud Services with System Center Configuration Manager
