We are seeking a Sr. Technician, Global Service Desk, Latin America to provide customer support to IJM staff and support IT services globally. The role will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years professional work experience in an IT Support role
  • 1-3 years providing IT training to end-users
  • CompTIA A+ or ITIL foundations certification
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Experience with ServiceNow and cloud-based applications
