We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer with experience in Java, AppDynamics, and monitoring tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science engineering and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
Experience in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
Java development experience
Process automation experience
Application health monitoring tools experience
Devops experience
PL SQL experience
