Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
- Experience in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
- Java development experience
- Process automation experience
- Application health monitoring tools experience
- Devops experience
- PL SQL experience
