Join Michelin's Support team as a Support Manager for the Group's flagship ERP in Europe. Drive an international team and lead quality service review committees to ensure business Finance, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Logistics are supported effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IS/IT (Bac+5)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience, including 5 years in support
  • Proficiency in English and French (B2/C1 level)
  • Practical and mastery of ITIL processes
  • Strong orientation towards continuous improvement / Lean management
  • Experience working with offshore teams/India (5 years)
  • Good knowledge of tools: ServiceNow, Jira
