Technical Business Analyst II

Jamf is seeking a Technical Business Analyst II to join their Enterprise Applications team. The role will involve assessing business needs, providing technical direction, and defining functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, technical systems, and project management tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analyst or software development role
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform
• Working knowledge of the Oracle platform
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Working knowledge of middleware integrations
• Experience gathering inputs and synthesizing into business outcomes
• Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficient working with cross functional teams
• Ability to work on projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong facilitation and knowledge transfer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently complete time sensitive tasks
