Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support & Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and point of sale systems
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and automation feasibilities for reporting
- Language proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology
- Ability to think creatively and push beyond existing practices and mindsets
