Technology Demand and Portfolio Coordinator

We are looking for a Technology Demand and Portfolio Coordinator to facilitate the demand intake process, support stakeholders, and maintain an up-to-date technology demand and project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology governance, project management, and financial planning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of technology governance, project management, and product life cycle management
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and their integration with agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and collaborate across diverse teams
• Good communication skills, possessing the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient with portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Seasoned professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles focused on performance management and reporting
