We are seeking a Tier 3 Windows Engineer II with TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance to design, build, and deploy large-scale voice networks using Cisco Unified Communications Manager and other technologies.

Requirements

10+ years of related experience
Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager / Cisco Meeting Server
Experience with Cisco Meeting Manager
Experience with Cisco Jabber
Experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Suite and Cisco Expressways is desired
Experience with the configuration of voice end-point hardware
Experience with PBX technologies is desired
Experience with Avaya Call Management System would be beneficial, but not required
Experience with TDM and SBC
Experience building/managing servers in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment is desired
Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
