Tier 3 Windows Engineer II - TS/SCI with Polygraph position requires experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, VoIP, and PBX, with a focus on designing, building, and deploying large-scale voice networks.

Requirements

10+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager / Cisco Meeting Server
Experience with Cisco Meeting Manager
Experience with Cisco Jabber
Experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Suite and Cisco Expressways
Experience with the configuration of voice end-point hardware
Experience with PBX technologies
Experience with Avaya Call Management System
Experience with TDM and SBC
Experience building/managing servers in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment
Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
