The Windows System Administrator position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful technical administration of NOAA systems within the contract. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage and work ticket queues in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot & resolve Windows 10-11 issues in person, by phone or email.
- Create, edit or remove users from Active Directory.
- Perform physical system build imaging including system recovery, disk encryption and profiling.
- Install new applications, perform system upgrades, migrate user profiles.
