We are looking for an English-fluent ServiceNow FSM & S2P Specialist based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with ServiceNow, Localization Frameworks, and dynamic translation.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, Localization Frameworks, and dynamic translation
Active ServiceNow certification
Proven expertise in FSM (Field Service Management) and S2P (Source to Pay)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Ability to explain technical expertise clearly in relevant ServiceNow modules
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
