We are looking for an Access Governance Manager to join our Chief Information Security team under Identity and access services pillar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Application, Unstructured Data Access Recertification drives across the bank and providing end-user support.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning preferred
  • Customer Service Experience a must
  • Functional knowledge: RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools and proficiency with SQL scripting and Excel macros, AD, VDR
  • General computer skills including Microsoft tools, email etc.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Good verbal & interpersonal skills
  • IT Service Management skills (ITIL)
  • Ability to do root cause analysis
