We are looking for an Access Governance Manager to join our Chief Information Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the access life cycle of business users, providing access on a need-to-know basis, and troubleshooting client issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning
- Customer Service Experience
- Functional knowledge: RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools, and proficiency with SQL scripting and Excel macros, AD, VDR
- General computer skills including Microsoft tools, email, etc.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Good verbal & interpersonal skills
- IT Service Management skills (ITIL)
- Ability to do root cause analysis
