Job Description

Perficient is seeking a strategic, highly motivated ServiceNow Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mind set. As an Account Executive your primary responsibility is to drive growth, add new net logos and grow revenue in our Automation practice. You will be expected to independently drive business development activities including pipeline development and building and maintaining relationships with prospects, clients, and the ServiceNow account teams. This role requires a hunter mentality to build and break into net-new accounts for Perficient.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business model, application landscape, and how Perficient Automation solutions deliver value.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of client business model, application landscape, and how Perficient solutions can deliver value to clients.
  • Develop strategy and value proposition for accounts and other opportunities.
  • Build and maintain account plans for targeting and outlining a strategy for growing business with specific customer accounts.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Has a “hunter” mentality – Will be responsible for identifying net new accounts while also selling to existing customers.
  • Manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process, working closely with the Perficient internal teams (initial lead inquiry, target account planning, qualification of opportunities, value positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing).
  • Develop and manage key relationships with our industry software partners and their customers to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on account activity.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal.
  • Provide ongoing account management and relationship building to ensure customer success and drive revenue as a trusted advisor.

Requirements Summary

B.A. degree in Business or related field, minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with ServiceNow experience preferred. Must have the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
