We are looking for an SRM Account Lead to join our GSS team, responsible for ensuring that all SRM services are performed per agreed commitments and interfacing with Account leadership on any issues or escalations. The role involves identifying and leveraging skilled resources, analyzing non-standard service requests, and providing input into forecasting and management of resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English and in German
- 3 years of Professional Experience
- 1 year of Service Request Management SME experience
- SME knowledge in SRM and ABM global capabilities
- Business problem solving, critical thinking and information analysis
- Leadership and people management skills
- Workforce planning and organizational skills
- Contract structure and account contract controls
- Financial/P&L Management
