We are looking for an Active Directory Consultant to ensure the following missions:

  • Understand modern issues around the security of directory services to participate in pre-sales, RFP
  • Propose evolving security strategies to our clients, based on best practices (Microsoft, ANSSI, CIS, NIST...), REX, but above all adapted to business and IT needs
  • Accompany client teams from need analysis to run
  • Work in international contexts with specific needs around directory services
  • Be aware of niche products around directory security ADDS and Azure AD (Bloodhound, ALSID...)
  • Propose and implement adapted solutions (hardening, tiering, PAM, PAW...)

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Human qualities: Curiosity, Adaptability, Proactivity
  • You are eager to invest in challenging projects and gain quickly in responsibilities

Initial training:

  • Bachelor's degree +5 from an engineering school, management school, or university with a good level of English

And on the technical side, ideally:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Active Directory security (ADDS)
  • A real passion for information systems, risk management, innovation, direct management, and client relations

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam?

It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

  • Talent Acquisition Interview: the aim is to make a point on your skills, your English level, and to validate your motivation elements;
  • Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and to verify their relevance with our needs during an exchange with an expert;
  • Leadership Interview: it allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one in-person interview.

A reference is requested, and, depending on your profile, technical, English, or personality tests may be sent to you.

If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the employment conditions.

In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
