ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team, focused on the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in driving the growth of the ServiceNow platform through technical expertise, collaboration with ISV partners, and the ability to ideate solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
  • Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem, cloud-based applications, and enterprise software market trends
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and software development life cycles
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, as well as external ISV partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand partner and customer business challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Natively curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
