We are seeking a dynamic team player to join multiple HPC service offering teams, collaborating closely with colleagues in both North America and Asia-Pacific. The role involves daily operations of Floating Application Licenses (CLS), utilizing Agile practices, and opening/fulfilling tickets using ServiceNow.

- Manage license files and COTS license software in Linux and Windows environments for CLS
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for HPC service offerings, primarily CLS
