APAC Capacity Manager

Northern Trust is looking for an experienced Capacity Manager to oversee the change capacity management process for its infrastructure towers. The successful candidate will ensure that capacity issues are prevented and that IT infrastructure changes are properly assessed, planned, implemented, and reviewed, minimizing risk and maximizing value to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on Capacity, Patching and Change management
• Strong understanding of infrastructure platform, network, middleware, monitoring, mainframe, and database environments
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
