Northern Trust is seeking a Change Manager - Infra Mainframe Z/OS Operations to develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with ITSM frameworks and financial industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management, and strong understanding of Mainframe z/OS and iSeries environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management
- Strong understanding of Mainframe z/OS and iSeries environments
- Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (Scrum master experience desired but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
