Northern Trust is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Change Manager to oversee the change management process for UNIX, Linux, Windows, and VMware environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all changes to the IT infrastructure are properly assessed, planned, implemented, and reviewed, minimizing risk and maximizing value to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management
- Strong understanding of UNIX, Linux, Windows, and VMware environments
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
