Application Support Analyst

As an Applications Support Analyst, you'll provide operational support for Transurban's Customer Platforms systems and co-dependent applications. You'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities by ensuring our tolling systems function seamlessly.

Requirements

• Experience in applications support of mission critical systems (Oracle Fusion suite desirable)
• Experience in AWS Services
• Experience in Monitoring tools such as Splunk Monitoring, Oracle Enterprise Monitoring
• Experience in Scheduling tools such as Jenkins, CA Workload Automation
• Experience in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Experience in managing SSL certificates and key management
• Experience in file transfer protocols (Axway, WS_FTP)
• Technical support experience in Linux/UNIX, Client/Server and Networking environments with proficiency in the use of related diagnostic tools
• Exposure to Oracle RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server
• Exposure to scripting (Java, Python, Bash, Groovy)
