OnePoint is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support, implement supervision and follow technical and functional components of the application, and contribute to continuous improvement actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Ansible, Gitlab CI, DAIR, Shell scripts, Dynatrace, Autosys, CFT
- Master of the ITIL methodology for operations
- Operational excellence in administering Redhat Linux and Windows servers
- Remediation of vulnerabilities on Linux and Windows servers
- Knowledge of configuration management, surveillance, and continuous integration tools on UNIX and Windows platforms
- Automation of deployment, personalization, updates, and surveillance via DevOps tools
- Experience in providing 24/7 support for critical servers
- Experience with ServiceNow ticket management tool
- Initiative spirit and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Kubernetes and containers
- Excellent English communication skills
