The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing organization policies and procedures for asset management and government property, including tracking of property, inventory, material, software, locations, and costs. The role will also involve developing methodologies for asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, collaborating across multiple disciplines, and leading a team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Asset Management including Government Property
- Experience with transit asset management planning, Asset Management maturity assessments, facility condition assessments, and Enterprise Asset Management systems
- Experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects and the development of asset management policies
- Experience in interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements pertaining to Government Property
- Experience in process improvement to achieve long-term goals and objectives
- Experience using Asset Smart, ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to actively grow and lead an asset management practice and track record of developing, mentoring, and supervising teams and projects
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions using an organized, methodological, and creative approach
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience leading successful property Self-Assessments and interacting on a regular basis with key stakeholders
- Experience with Ivalua
- IAM Certification
- NPMA Property Certification
