We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Asset Management and Government Property team. The successful candidate will have experience in asset management, government property, and project management. They will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, managing assets, and providing leadership and training to the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Asset Management including Government Property
  • Experience with transit asset management planning, Asset Management maturity assessments, facility condition assessments, and Enterprise Asset Management systems
  • Experience in strategic asset management, asset inventories and effective data management, asset management capability building and maturity assessments, and helping overall business process improvements
  • Experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects and the development of asset management policies
  • Experience in interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements pertaining to Government Property
  • Experience in process improvement to achieve long-term goals and objectives
  • Experience using Asset Smart, ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to actively grow and lead an asset management practice and track record of developing, mentoring, and supervising teams and projects
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions using an organized, methodological, and creative approach
  • Bachelor’s degree
