Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist works under close supervision, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for routine configuration control of both contractor and customer IT assets. The position requires government prescribed processes, documenting and/or validating the movement and transfer of IT assets via routine Install, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMACs) or Special Projects.

Requirements

• Ability to attain DHS EOD
• Associates Degree + 5 years experience or equivalent
• Minimum 3 Years working on a Federal contract
• Experience with physical inventory
• Experience running asset reports within a CMDB
• Experience using Windows 11 en
• Experience with Asset Discovery tools
• Experience restocking consumable items
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience engaging and communicating with government stakeholders
• Experience imaging computers
• Familiarity utilizing ServiceNow
• Able to lift 40 lbs
