Asset Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Asset Management Specialist to establish and drive asset management practices within our global software organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in tackling immediate asset management needs while also strategically assessing, maturing, and deploying a scalable enterprise Asset Management service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, IT operations, or procurement in a global organization.
• Proven experience establishing asset management capabilities from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of asset management frameworks (ITIL, ISO 19770) and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow Software) and integrating with ITSM, CMDB, and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of software license management, SaaS and cloud asset tracking, and vendor compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.
