Asset Manager

ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for an Asset Manager requiring a Public Trust - Level 5 Investigation, located in Washington, DC. The role provides on-site IT support, resolves technical issues, and maintains IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Ability to handle a high percentage of first-call resolutions.
• Proficiency in managing tickets and documenting incidents in ServiceNow.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including imaging and deploying desktops/laptops.
• Knowledge of printer configuration, networking, and equipment integration.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate inventory and managing IT assets.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting office relocations.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and processes to ensure seamless support for new and existing systems.
• CompTia Sec+ or Role Based certification complaint to DoD 8140.
