The Assistant Manager, Cloud Automation will design and develop self-service catalog items and approval workflows using the ServiceNow platform and its integration with Terraform Cloud and Ansible Automation Platform to automate infrastructure management processes in AIA Group.
Requirements
- Active professional certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer, Terraform Associate, Azure DevOps Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.
- 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in automation of infrastructure management and building self-service capabilities using ServiceNow and its integration with such automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Good understanding of cloud providers and experience working with cloud providers' APIs
